Holiday Shipping Cut Off Dates
To ensure delivery before December 24th, please place your orders by the following dates:

United States:

  • USPS Media Mail/Ground Advantage: Order by December 12
  • UPS Ground: Order by December 13
  • USPS Priority: Order by December 13
  • UPS Overnight: Order by December 17 (subject to weekend schedules)

Europe:

  • Most EU countries (DHL/FedEx): Order by December 15
  • UK and non-EU countries: Order by December 10

Please note that while these dates provide the best chance for timely delivery, delays may still occur due to the busy holiday season, customs (especially in the UK), or postal service variability.

 

Shipping Address Changes
If you’d like to update your shipping address, please email your order number and the NEW shipping address to help@z2comics.com and we’ll get that changed right away for you.

 

To our Canadian customers: Effective November 29, 2024, the USPS has temporarily suspended mail acceptance to Canada due to an ongoing strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, and therefore we are not able to deliver to Canada at this time. Due to continued obstacles with customs, Z2 Comics will no longer be shipping to Brazil as of October 21st, 2024 

 

Order cancellation & refund requests 
Refunds can only be requested within 48 hours of purchase unless the order has already shipped. Send your email and order number, along with your request, to help@z2comics.com.

 

Haven't received your refund?
If you've requested a refund and haven't received it, please check first with your bank or credit card company.  Sometimes it takes up to 10 business days for refunds to process.

If you're still waiting on a refund day more than 10 days after your initial request, please email us help@z2comics.com

 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@z2comics.com and send your item to: Z2 Comics, 1812 South Parker Road, Denver, CO, 80231, United States. 

 

Shipping a Damaged or Defective Item
Should you need to return a damaged or defective product, you should follow the instructions above (see Exchanges). Once Z2 Comics has accepted the return (after you complete the steps above), you should mail your product to: Z2 Comics, 1812 South Parker Road, Denver, CO, 80231, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
